someone who has never been an athlete, I never truly enjoyed
physical activity of any sort. I always did it, but I never
liked it. I’ve tried yoga under other instructors before, but
Jessie made a significant difference in my yoga experience.
Her knowledge of yoga poses and ability to clearly and gently
communicate specific physical movements made an environment I really
enjoyed, while delivering a substantial workout- one that I never
expected to have.
The
only thing that gets me and my fellow yoga classmates out of bed in
the morning is Jessie’s yoga class. We know it will be an
experience that strengthens us in mind and body, and keeps us going

Yoga with Jessie has been absolutely amazing experience for me.
Even though I have taken yoga for over 6 years, I have never had any
instructor who corrected my positions so slightly and yet it had
made such a big difference. Most of all, my back feels absolutely
great! I also love the fact that every part of my body is stretched
and I can see the difference in my flexibility. I cherished the fact
that Jessie takes personal interest in encouraging us in the class
and I have never felt so challenged from a yoga class. It actually
makes me want to practice on my own to improve my positions and I

muscles as well.

am incredibly relaxed and happy after my yoga class and it actually

began taking Yoga in January 2008 under Jesse’s instruction and
guidance. I’ve exercised for many years, but not until the
Yoga program twice a week have I seen my upper body gain strength
and muscle development. I totally surprised myself last week
when I attempted to complete regular “push-ups”. Unable to
even do one properly before, I easily completed 10!! The major
difference in my exercise program has been Yoga. Thanks to
